No payments will be refunded under any circumstances.
In the unfortunate event that artwork arrives damaged it will be replaced if a print, redone if a commission or an original. Photographic evidence must be submitted to support the claim and damaged artwork must be sent back to be examined before replacement is sent.
We aim to ship artwork within 7 working days of payment received. Couriers with tracking facilities will always be used and buyer will be supplied with postage and tracking information as soon as possible.
Please make sure your address is correct on Paypal as that will be the address the artwork is sent to. If you need the artwork sent to an alternative address please email me on email@example.com quoting your order reference immediately after ordering.
